FAQ’s

  • What type of pottery is sold at Pott Gallery?

Pott Gallery sells pottery crafted by professional potters. All pieces are unique, nonidentical to another. They're not perfect pieces; therein lies their beauty. The artist's handprint is their greatest value.

  • How do I know those pieces are unique?

Pott Gallery exclusively sells original pieces handmade by the artists themselves. All artworks are signed by the ceramicists and come with a certificate of authenticity issued by the gallery.

  • When will I receive my order?

We dispatch our orders as soon as possible. Please check our Shipping section for more information.

  • What happens if my order arrives damaged? Can I return it?

We take extensive measures to ensure our pieces arrive in perfect condition for our customers. If any piece arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the exterior and interior of the package, as well as the damaged piece, and contact us at info@pottgallery.com

  • Are there shipments to all countries worldwide?

We ship from Spain, but we do not send certain pieces to specific countries. There's a risk of these pieces arriving damaged to our customers during long transports.

  • What if my order suffers any damage afterward?

Each ceramic piece is unique and imperfect, which adds to its value. Please refer to the usage guide provided with each purchase. It indicates whether the piece can be used in a microwave, oven, dishwasher, or if it can hold water.

  • How can I contact you if I'm a journalist?

If you'd like to write an article about us, please email us at info@pottgallery.com. We have plenty of high-resolution images of our products. If you need to borrow any piece for a production, we'll personally deliver them to you on the day of the shoot.
