Returns must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Claims received after 24 hours from receiving the order will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will only be applicable when Pott Gallery considers that any of the points outlined in the Terms and Conditions have been breached.
Therefore, these will be subject to Pott Gallery's discretion. Pott Gallery reserves the right to refunds upon delivery of the artwork in perfect condition.
