Exchanges and Returns

• Returns must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Claims received after 24 hours from receiving the order will not be accepted.

• Return shipping costs are not covered and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds will only be applicable when Pott Gallery considers that any of the points outlined in the Terms and Conditions have been breached.

• Therefore, these will be subject to Pott Gallery's discretion. Pott Gallery reserves the right to refunds upon delivery of the artwork in perfect condition.
